Complete not compete for teens

Led by Teens. Built for Connection. Fueled by Energy.

This is a high energy, upbeat event for high schoolers, created and led by teens who want to build something positive together. The music is loud, the encouragement is nonstop, and the energy in the room makes you want to jump in the moment you walk through the door.

This is not about being the strongest or the fastest. It is about showing up, giving effort, and being surrounded by people your age who actually want to see you win.

What its all about

Our teen events are designed to help teens grow stronger physically, mentally, and spiritually in their faith with God while having fun together.

What makes this different is that teens lead the way. From the workouts to the encouragement to the conversations, this space is powered by peers who understand what it is like to be a teenager right now.

It is real.

It is supportive.

And it is built on connection.

What to Expect

Teen leaders set the tone, lead the workouts, and keep the energy high. Everyone gets involved, no one is left standing on the sidelines, and effort is always celebrated.

We work out together in fun, team based ways.

We motivate each other loudly and consistently.

We support one another when things get tough.

We pray together, encourage one another, and grow mentally and spiritually in a way that feels real and meaningful.

Most importantly, we build confidence and community together.

we’re not waiting for the future, we are building it together.

Why it matters

When teens are encouraged by other teens, something powerful happens.

Confidence grows.

Walls come down.

People feel connected instead of alone.

This space is about reminding teens that they are capable, supported, and stronger together.

A Place to be yourself

This is a judgment free environment.

You can be loud.

You can try hard.

You can mess up and keep going.

Everyone is welcomed.

Everyone is encouraged.

Everyone belongs.

Want to Be a Teen Leader?

We are always looking for teens who want to step up and help lead.

Teen leaders help run workouts, encourage others, and create a positive, welcoming atmosphere for everyone who attends. You do not need to be the strongest or the loudest. You just need to care about people and want to make a difference.

If you are interested in becoming a teen leader, we would love to hear from you.
